Access and search the Dataset for business development purposes.
Export data according to the limits of your subscription plan.

Use the Service to provide or build any competing database or service.
4. User Responsibilities
By using Apprack, you agree to:

5. Subscription, Fees, and Payment
Apprack is a paid service. By subscribing, you agree to the fees and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscription fees may be charged monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing, including fees for existing plans, with prior notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes indicates acceptance of the new fees.
Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
6. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and canceling your subscription.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the Dataset, software, design, and any related materials, are owned by Apprack or its licensors. Users are granted a limited license to use the Service as described in these Terms, but no ownership rights are transferred.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apprack, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or inability to use the Service, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding 12 months.
